thanh nguyn (John) ( DBA) Fraser Valley screens The took a $735.00 deposit on a $1226.oo order to install window and door screens.almost 2 1/2 monts ago came n1 day and installed some window screens value $150.00.I have been chasing them since and they do not return calls or show up fornapointments made by e mail. On April 15 I contacted Fraser Valley screens, a window screen company I found on line  that did window and door screens in the fraser valley. John came on April 18 and measured the doors and windows for nscreens . He gave us a quote for 41226.40 INCLUDING TAXES FOR DOING THE JOB. wE  WERE TOLD THAT BECAUSE THE DOOR SCREENS WERE A CUSTOM MADE ORDER HE REQUIRED A DEPOSIT . hE WAS GIVENN A CHEQUE FOR  $735.84.AND OUR UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT INSTALLATION WOULD BE DONE WITHIN  TWO WEEKS.. .aBUT 3 WEEKS LATER WE WERE CALLED AND AN APOINTMENT WAS MADE TO INSTALL.When they showed op they only installed window screens of a value of$150.00. and we were told they did not have time to do doors which are by far the most expensive part of the project.An apointment was made for the folowing week but he did nnot show up. The phone #7783164340 which i believe is a sell phone# always goesnto an answering macine which is oftenfull and nomesage can be left or frequently the number is not in service.We have had some comunication by e mail  at window screens @live.com a number of apointments have been made but not kept. I was told that they had the screens forthe doors . I have offered to come and pick up the door screens and pay any diference for the doors without installation I nhave not had anyfurther bresponse and no willingness to let me pick up thes door nscreens nwhichnI had been informed he had. I am looking forsome sensible course of action in this matter.
