Had ordered from this site many times never one problem. Always arrived on time. They were always quick to answer my problems or questions if I had any. Also, quick to ship my order. 
 
Recently their site was down for a while. Few days ago, I noticed it was back up. So, I placed my order like normal and noticed a few differences in the site when it came to payment and even contacted the sites sales team to confirm. Like I always did. They told me that the payment email was changed and the one listed on the site was correct and that I have nothing to worry about. With the many years of trust built I did not question them. 
 
So, I carried on with the order and to payment. After 24 hours I received my receipt and tracking # via email from the site like normal, but noticed the tracking # was in an International format through Canada Post Ref: PG 000 000 000 CA. [continued below]....

I have had items with in Canada that have the same tracking format so it was not an instant deal breaker, but before the site went down it was always a 16-digit local express tracking # number, and labeled express on the invoice and tracking conformation email. This time it was not.
 
So, I entered the tracking # they provided into CP's site and dead. Canada Post notes: Tracking # not in our system sender has made label but Canada Post has not received shipment. In the 20 years I have been using Canada Post I have never received this message for an express package. So, I started to get worried. 
 
So, I waited 24hours for CP to update their info like THC Direct instructed and still the same message. 
 
I was told by the sales team that there was a holiday the day before I ordered so there having lots of issues with CP atm. And to check back with them later. I felt bad for them because I’m sure I was not the only one that this has happened to. They have been so great over the years it was a shame to see so many problems happen over a holiday. 

So, I waited and periodically kept checking throughout the day into the night, but still nothing. So, at around 6am the day I was supposed to receive my package(TODAY) I messaged them back to let them know the tracking # is still saying:  Tracking # not in our system sender has made label but Canada Post has not received shipment. Then another email after the post man left. Now all hope is down the drain and I feel like I have been burned. 
 
THC Direct sales team member told me last night. That today they would resend the order if it still has not been displayed by Canada Post. I have sent them a few messages to please resolve this matter because I have already paid for my order and still have not received it on the date promised. I have not heard back or received a valid working express tracking # to confirm that my new package is on its way. Through out this whole process I have been getting frequent messages from them up until today. So its making me anxious.
 
I am very frustrated because this has never happened to me. Let alone never from this website. I’m not sure what to do now. I feel like I am out of my hard-earned money and I’m stuck dealing with a consistent loop of waiting and excuses.

I hope that this is a big misunderstanding and they can resolve this issue with the fast support I am use to from THC Direct support team. I know mistakes happen so I am not quick to judge and start accusing of fraud and scams because I know from personal experience that they have honored every order before the site went down, but it seems after the site came back up there has been nothing but problems.

I know I’m not the only one dealing with this. I just ask that with a professional manner that THC Direct takes this matter seriously and can resolve this issue with in a respectable time frame to maintain trust. I want to continue doing business with the same amount of loyalty I have always provided, but I cannot continue if I do not receive my orders.

After a long explanation yesterday of worry and anxiety around the legitimacy of THC Direct. They finally honored the order. This was all that I asked from them and nothing but respect for fulling the order.

This is why in my last review I did not rule out the fact there may be some issues since the new reopening of the site. After thorough examination I deem THC Direct to be 100% legitimate. Just in this case that there were some logistical issues that were holding up the process.

I am happy that loyalty can be maintained and to continue receiving incredibly affordable prices that THC Direct offers. They really do strive to help out the little guy. THC Direct is under new management and I know that makes some people worry about the authenticity of the business including myself but after investing in THC Direct I do know now trust can be maintained.

It is a very early stage with the new management so the process needs a little tweaking. but now proving there not out to take your money and run. I can honestly say that I can transfer respect to the new management and I want to personally say "cheers".

So to anyone reading you can rest easy knowing that if there is a delay then it’s nothing to worry about. Just a little patience goes a long way. Also, the team is very busy so replying may take a while. Just be nice and they will return the same respect to you that you give to them.

I also want to thank RippOffReport for giving me the chance to tell my story, and also the positive outcome that very rarely happens in these situations. Now everyone can just do a quick google search and rest easy knowing THC Direct can live up to its previous reputation.
