 In mid April I purchased 2 complete 3 Ton 18 seer Amana Air Conditionin units (over $6,500.00) from the AC Outlet. The frist time the units were delivered one of the condenser units was damaged so I couldn't have it installed and I had to wait. When the replacement unit came in I paid(over $3000.00) to have both AC systems installed in my home and within 2 weeks time one of the condensers broke. I had to wait to get a warranty form, fill it out and send it in. Then,  I had to haggle with their customer service Rep. to get them to pay for the shipment pick up of the broken unit which I to pay a technician to unnstall. I have since received another replcement condenser in which they are not willing to pay to have it reinstalled by a licensed technician at my home. I simply don't have another $850.00 to spend to have the condenser reinstalled. It is neither my fault, nor the technician's fault that the unit broke; the fault clearly lies with the manufacturer. Its only fair to me that The AC Outlet pay to have the new unit reinstalled.

Dear Valued Consumer,

Please trust we did everything possible [within our scope] to satisfy this customer. As for each of our customers, we provided the product support to ensure the equipment was replaced as warranted.

Unfortunately, equipment failure does exist. We replaced (2) units for this gentleman. First, (1) of his units arrived with cosmetic damages from transit, the unit was refused and a replacement unit was sent. Second, he had a compressor failure at start-up, we picked up the defective unit and replaced it with a new one as well.

This customer was not satisfied with any of our efforts. We always stand by our products and services to ensure a pleasant transaction. With that said, we understand not every transaction can be a success story, however, we did try to the fullest to satisfy his concerns.

Our policies are publically available for review on our website. Furthermore, our personable Sales Staff is available from 9:00 - 6:00 EST Mon. - Fri. to answer all questions or concerns prior to your purchase. We look forward to serving your HVAC needs if/when given the opportunity. Thank you for taking the time to read our response in the matter.
