The African Store, I ordered from The African Store in November and never received my order, on the website it says shipping status is pending. I left messages on the phone listed and emailed, but no response. Internet

I ordered from The African Store in November 2009.  Never received my order.  I called left messages, and emailed the contact number with no response.  On my order on the web site it says my shipment is pending.  I just blew it off after awhile.  My friend ordered from them this month and the same thing is happening to him, but he informed me that they took the money.  I went through the credit card bill and sure enough they charged me....  I had used paypal.  I have left a email for them also.

I have ordered from The African Store before and received my order in a timely manner.  They sure surprised me...  I wish there was a way to warn people in advance.
