The All Star Movers Not Delivered Moving Items Dania Beach, Florida

1. I have moved all my stuff worth more than $5000 from Arkansas to California on November 30, 2012 through The All Star movers, Dania Beach, FL [US DOT: 1824895; MC: 662089 ] based on their commmitment that they deliver items on January 7, 2013.

2. On January 7, 2013 they have changed delivery date to January 23, 2013 by mentioning some internal issues regarding truck availability

3. I have paid full amount $ 2157.20 based on their information that items are in truck for delivery.

4. On January 23, 2013 they have changed delivery date to February 3, 2013.

5. After February 3, 2013 , the company is not reponded to my calls or emails. The number ( 713-955-4444) is now 'Not in Service'

6. I have filed complaints in BBB ( Complaint ID#: 90190188) and FMCSA ( Complaint ID#: 100066791) ; but the complaints are closed as they did not recieved any response from the movers.

7. There are lot of important Visa documents, Tax documents and Acadamic certificates inside the moving items. I have requested to send atleast these documents by post. But my request is ignored without any response.

8.  I have checked the below address which the movers mentioned as their storage location,

 8135 Jack Rabbit
 Houston TX 77095
But when I contacted I came to know that this is a different storage company address and they do not have currently business with All star movers.

Till this date I am expecting the delivery with a good hope and prayers.
