I have black mold in my apartment, the window has been leaking for months, if you want to have your belongings destroyed and be out of work sick all the time, this is your place. Management is very rude and cares only for the money, its funny how if you are three days late on your payment they charge $250.00 but when water pours in your apartment for weeks on end they take their sweet time.

High levels of Chaetomium have been detected which is a mold, we are awaiting an air sample test as well as an Asbestos test.

Please contact me via email if you wish to see documented proof, as well anyone affected by management or related parties feel free to contact me, my lawyers are already paid!

I have live in the Ashford for just over a year.I change my filter pretty regularly and when i changed it in August my filter was jet black and wet.In all my years of experience it has never looked liked that.



The complex has a history of mold and when the replaced all the gutters in January of 2009 there have been many flooding issues of the bottom apartments.



The apartments have had sewer issues in my building.Something is just not right.

I do not wish to let this problem continue

i emailed Aimco on August 13th and have received no response.I did notify the ashford office on the 14th of august and they are due to come to check things out.I am confident that they will just say that its just dirt.



I  have records of regular use of air conditioning and heat usage!
