I am writing to let you know that my wife and I are completely devastated with the manner in which the Austin DJ handled our wedding.

Our Wedding was ruined by the Austin DJ. We hired The Austin DJ to you perform at our wedding on October 17, 2009. Not only did he send two of his peons (wearing jeans) to do the work (he said he would be there) but he also overcharged us by $50 when it came time to pay. Todd also told us that he would stay and play music as long as we needed him (it says this in bold on his website) at no extra charge -Wrong AGAIN the guys that he sent told us that it would be anadditional $100 per hour. The DJs brought nothing comparable to an average DJ setup (I have been to many wedding in the last year and this was pathetic). The equipment setup involved one very small speaker and a disc player, and that is all. I wish I could make a living playing my CD player at weddings and make $500 for it. Several other things happened at the wedding, such as NO announcements were made i.e. Bride dances with the father or Time for the bride to throw the bouquet, my bridesmaid was forced to announce the entire reception. My wife and I ended up dancing to songs we didnt even like. We have 75 guests that can testify to everything. After our wedding we attempted to contact Todd (The Austin DJ) to address the issues. He never apologized, never cared to call us back, did not refund ANY of ourmoney. We were left with nothing. My wife and I want to make sure that no one elses day is ruined by this man. Unfortunately, we will never be able to regain the true loss, our Wedding, but hopefully others will be spared from the severe disappointment. If anyone is interested I have video, pictures, e-mails from the Austin DJ and witnesses to prove the legitimacy of my claim.
