I am just starting off on my own, just moved out of parents home. I am newly wed. I have two kids ages 2 and 7months. My husband serves in the United States Army, I join in January. We are trying to get our lifes together and get out in the world on our own. So we just got our own place, We were trying to go get our own car instead of borrowing my fathers. We went car shopping and came across The Auto Ranch, looks like a place that could help us because my huband has low credit and at that point I did not have a job.

We went to check it out and we were looking at a vehcle that would work for us, the two kids and travling. We came across a suv Axiom white, looked nice clean good for the family, It did have some miles on it about 100,00 we were OK with that. So we decided to go ahead and get it, it fit with the family and was nice. My husband had a quick test drive and my husband is not the best when it comes to mechanics. I asked questions about the car such as, Is there any major problems? How does it do on gas? Is it good travling?

Just all the main question someone would ask and he said it was all good no problems, Well when my husband got back from the test drive he said the brakes weren't working and it sounded really weird when it started like it needed a new muffler so i asked to test it and almost like it was planned the vehcle was on "E" so I only got to drive for a very short test drive about 3min long so i couldnt really tell how it drove or much about it but the fact that the brakes were weak. So I asked him does it need new brake pads or new disks or what and he said he would fix it but did not tell what was wrong, then I asked about the sound and he said it need a new muffler I said ok and he said he will fix that too.

So we went in set the paper work and set an appointment to have it fixed a couple days later, so of course My husband drove my fathers car home with the two kids I drove the Axiom. We have to drive on the highway to get home as I was driving home I noticed the wheel shakes bad and the check engine light came on and of course the brakes were bad, I drove to my fathers house to ask and see what he thought, right off the bat he said that the car has alot of problems.

So a couple days later we took it for the appointment the car sales man said it would only take a couple hours! Remember I have 2 kids! My husband works nights and I always have a car at home just incase any thing may happen. Well we called to check on the car approximetly 4 hours later and he said about an hour more time went on we called back and he said it still wasnt ready that there was more things to work on and more problems so he kept the car over night!!

The next day we went and got the car I drove it home agian on the way the brakes were doing OK but go figure now the brakes were grinding and squeaking and my wheel was shaking real bad like the frame was bent and he changed the muffler but it still made the sound so we called and asked him and he said to bring it agian! We live 19.1 miles 25mins away GAS!!

A couple days later we took it back agian and he was arguing with my husband that it is fine even though the engine light on the frame bent and brakes grind and so on and kept repeating himself "you have to tell me what is wrong with the car so I can fix it" We told him about 4 times what was wrong and still has not fixed it!! waiting for the warranty to be up and will not fix it!! We had to put a 2500 down and another 500 a couple weeks later with a payment of 300 a month! They keep screwing us over procastinating and fight with us and still has not fixed out vehcle and we are getting shipped out in less then a month! please help!
