The Benefit Depot,LLC Need Health Owner Jason Skole and Company was using unethical practices and also many Agents are unlicenced Coral Springs Florida

I am a Licensed 2-15 Agent, which is Health, Life and Annuity's.  I took a job at The Benefit Depot in Coral Sprngs, Fl. I was hired by the owner, Jason Bennett Skole. After working there for approx. 1 month, I found out that his business ethics were very unethical!

By unethical, I mean he wanted the Heath Insurance sold, and to always add on the Heath policys any add ons and basically, not tell the client. That is just so wrong to do that! He had MANY unlicenced agents, using either his name or a random name. And got away with it because everything was written under his name and license.

I on the other hand, have a Licence. And I worked hard for it, I have never been fined nor have I ever lied to any client! Honesty is extremely important. Alot of my client's are referrals from other family or friend's. If you look at his home page, you will see his "Business Category". It states, Insurance Company's, Insurance Disability Ins.,Long Term Care Ins., Life Insurance, Medicare Services, Funeral Insurance, and Accident and Health.

Of all above "Business Category's", he only SELLS, Short Term Insurance, Carrier is HII, (Heath Insurance Innovations), and Accident Ins. is with a outside company, which is VBA. Life Insurance..as all people think "Life Insurance", is either a Term, Whole, or Universal, correct? Well, with Jason and Company, it is NOT ANY OF THOSE!! It is only an ACCIDENTAL DEATH BENEFIT!!! But, it is sold as LIFE INSURANCE!

Since I WAS an employee, I kept my ears and eyes open! As so, I was told by Jason Skole, to come see him in the office. When I went in, he told me I HAD to be licenced in all states we sold in. I already had alot of States that I paid and renewed when they were due. But Jason's EXACT words were: You are a very valued employee, and because of that, I will pay for rhe States you don't have and update any others that are coming due to renew. He said to sit down with Anthony Materia, Director of Operations and he would take care of it.

2 weeks after I sat with Anthony and gave him all my information, and had gone to have my signature notorized, Jason Skole, told me he had to charge me! And he would take it out of my paycheck. I was shocked! I do know how much it cost's to get licensed in State's. Some are more than others, but I would have do this myself anyway. Also, the emploee's who were not licensed, did not have to pay because you can't get licensed in State's when you do not in the 1st place have an Insurance Lisensed!!

So to sum this up, Jason Skole is DEFINITELY A RIP OFF AND A CON ARTIST!!! He took $150.00 per week from employee's weekly checks for "Cancellations"! Not just our own, but he felt he should deduct it from the paycheck to cover the whole room!! Personally, I didn't have cancellations. If any, maybe 2 to3 at most, because I was HONEST!! And he was taking also another $75.00 p/wk. for the states!

Business was started 2/15/2013, and BBB filr opened 8/29/2013. He or Business, The Benefit Depot, is NOT ACCREDITED!! The Benefit Depot does not meet Better Business Bureau Accredication STANDARDS!! He has had 13 COMPLAINTS!! And also, if you give your notice of leaving, not a good ides! Any good business man would appreciate a notice in advance, not Jason Skole! He will not pay you your due salary that you earned!! I personally, was not given pay for 2 WEEKS, that I should have got, I was there and earned it. I did the same job, no slacking off because I knew I was leaving.

Word of advice: Don't learn the hard way like me, but also DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THEM, and DO NOT WORK FOR THAT HORRIBLE MAN!!! And also DO NOT GIVE ANY BANKING INFO TO ANYONE THERE!!! You will be very disappointed and NOT get your money back.
