In starting my new business known as Ampd PC, Inc., I sought to locate a trusted business through the BBB Accredited Business Directory on 2/8/2008 to construct a custom professional business plan and investment proposal letter for future efforts to establish my business. And I so my problem began.

I was led to the defendants website http://www.thebestbusinessplan.com and contacted the owner Mr. Michael Siravo to inquire about his services. Mr. Siravo portrayed his online company The Best Business Plan.com as a real world organization with a full team of professionals having 40 years of experience and proclaimed to offer premium custom business plans, marketing plans and investment proposals for small to mid-sized business. We agreed to engage in a business relationship at that time, Friday 2/8/1008. After about 3 weeks of submitting technical data related to my company, I was quoted $1295.00, plus $8.95 S&H for a physical bound copy of the plan and letter, plus $79.95 for an electronic version of the plan, for a total of $1374.95 on Monday 3/3/2008, which was to paid in advance through Essays-Now.com. I could only make a down payment of $1000.00 at that time, but it was agreed by Mr. Siravos that his company would go ahead and start actual construction of the plan. It was from that time forward I expected his proclaimed team of professionals to begin communicating with me regarding compilation of the data I had submitted prior.

By the time I was able to pay the balance of $374.95 on Thursday 3/6/2008, I still had no contact from Mr. Siravos proclaimed team of writers. Becoming suspicious that Mr. Siravo's business is not what he proclaims it to be. It quickly became obvious that Mr. Siravo was just a single freelance agent for a single freelance writer. On challenging this suspicion (without actually accusing him), the relationship quickly elevated through a single day of email exchanges to finally result to a telephone conversation that evening (3/6/2008) requesting to cancel my service order and refund my payments on the conclusion the that he had not, and could not provide the services he had promised. That request was flat out refused with his comment, and I quote I dont give refunds.

Though his website clearly states that he has a no refunds policy, it is my belief this policy can only be upheld if all other claims are true as well. My opinion being, a person cannot sell a house he does not own, or he is liable for funds received, regardless of proclaimed policy claims. Long story short, I am hear March 12, 2008 with no product. I have disputed credit card charges of which will take months to investigate, and may, or may not, materialize to a refund. Regardless of what this results, I feel it necessary to file this report about The Best Business Plan.com with all internet business fraud reporting agencies.
