Due to positive reviews on CNET and other sites, I purchased The Best Keylogger - 2 licenses for 2 of my PC's running Windows. After about a week of use, the program stopped working on both PC's. I tried to uninstall and re-install but then the software on both denied the licenses were valid.
I contacted support over 2 months ago for the first time, stating the problem and providing my proof of purchase for the 2 license numbers, which I purchased from their website. Since I have made several other contact attempts without a single reply. I've used the email address found inside the program for support (support@thebestkeylogger.com) and using their website contact form. Nothing.
I also found some others with online reviews stating the same problem. Do not buy their software. It's a ripoff!
