The Big Lot - Longwood Industries rip-off, notary needed to get your refund-not made clear by the guy who solicited me to do the ad. Roanoke Virginia

I feel very ripped off by this company. The bottom line is my car did not sell, and it was not made clear by the man who called me what I needed to do if I wanted a refund. I was told merely that "I would get a refund of $129 if my car did not sell". After a few months I called to see where my refund was, and I was told it was too late, and I needed to have mailed my "notorized" request long ago. Apparently I had a "ten day" window to get my request notorized and get it mailed or I was just out of luck. Too bad for me.

Do not use this company if you don't have money to throw away. You can get the same service much cheaper or even free from other vendors and I am sure you will make out much better than I did.
