Beware of any company calling "to verify your company info".
What they do is add a charge to your phone bill. I guess when you gve them your company info to update your records over the phone, your silently signing up for their "online service" which gets billed directly to your phone bill. Only problem is that they don't tell you this. They assume most companies don;t go over the phone bills, which many don't.
Look over your ohone bills carefully and look out for anything that looks like this.
