Here are the facts:

• Greg lied to us he said his name was Greg Thanelo actual name is Greg Tingley

• Greg was given an opportunity to show his collection on the runway we wanted to see his looks and there was a potential documentary possible if all went well.

• Greg misled me my team, and when we found out it was several weeks after fashion week, and we could not continue anymore association with a person who lied and took advantage of our good intentions.

Because all of the agreements for the runway shows, were in a false name we no longer had any obligation to fulfill any portion of the agreement that was left to honor, such as promotion for 3 months, and to promote him as the billionaire collection as this was not a valid contract due to his misrepresentation.
