I work at this company a while ago, but i must say that it has been the most stressful job on earth. the " supervisors" humiliated infront of everyone, they are forced to fire and yell at the operators for no reason and if their is ever a moment of silence in their cubical you get FIRED!!!...
the staff t here is constanly running aaround and non one seems to last in that position. I clearly remember that in 2 months we had about 6 supervisors t hat quit, and 3 more were fired in 1 week. this company is a horror film... Not only are these operators exploited, they are also harrased on their days off with schedullers demanding that they log on and work that very moment. many times " supervisors get in trouble if they give the operators a break.
The worst part is when the men say that they fantasize about a 8 or 9 year old girl... many times their own daughters. This company trains you to make your voice sound like a childs voice... that was the most disgusting part of working there...and on certain calls, "upper management" puts the call on speaker so that everyone in the entire office can laugh at the operator when that call is over.

I Seriously Doubt That...

I've worked for TBE on and off for years! I've recently joined forces with them for years.
While I can say, yes, it does seem they have an issue keeping supervisors at times there are some supervisors that have been there for years.
I have a great working relationship with the late afternoon shift manager. He's a pleasure to work with, friendly (to me anyways), professional and makes my shift worth working. Even during the years I didn't work with TBE I still would call and check on everything. Building relationships in this industry is quite instrumental, and when I wanted to come back this time he made sure he got me right on in.
There's also the notorious graveyard manager. While I don't have many nice things to say about her. I can still say she is professional and has been there for YEARS!
TBE is a "NO Taboo" company and if you have an issue ACTING then you're in the wrong industry to begin with. This is not Oprah Winfrey's chatline and it's not rated G. It's called fantasy and for those operators who have an issue with it, I can say they should find another industry to work in.
I can say for a fact (and I've been with TBE for years if you add all the off-and-on together) that TBE has NEVER once harassed me while on the line. Yes, schedulers will call you and harass the hell out of you to log-in, but tell them NO... It's really quite simple. We are adults who can say that, right? Absolutely!
And listening in on speaker? Who knows? I don't work in the office, but I somehow SERIOUSLY doubt they hear anything that's "shocking" that they'd need to share it on the speakers so everyone could laugh... Most of them have worked the lines at some point or another too...
This company is valid.
This company is fair.
They pay (maybe not enough, granted but hey) on schedule every time.
They cater to a niche that maybe you're not cut out for...
So I see your whining and complaining invalid cause this is how they STAY in business...
Get over it and yourself... -----------------> NexT
