The Bowl Company Misleading Website - coffee cup without sauser Brewster, New York

My Wife's sister was visiting from out of the country and operates a coffee shop at home. She decided to purchase some fancy coffee cups for her shop. She ordered 3 sets of 2 cups and saucers (6 cups and saucers). When we finally got them there were only 5 cups and no saucers. Who would you buy a coffee cup without is saucer. The picture on the website showed the cups on its matching saucer and did not indicate they were sold separately. The saucer has a matching design, so if you only buy the cup, who would ever buy just the saucer. On top of it one of the sets did not have the second cup, so they just removed it from the order without any email or call.

So by ordering the saucers after the fact increases the price to higher then in her home country. So we are forced to return them and pay for the return shipping.

Very misleading!!!
