The Boxing Club, Lava Sport & Fitness, Steven Wade, Sarah Simonetti, Molly Mandel Managment mislead you to purchase a membership and then they dont make valid anything they say.... carlsbad, California

I bought a 1 year membership at this fitness center; Before this I told the managment that I wasnt sure if I would be able to stay in california for that long. The managment told me not to worrie about it and that they would transfer my membership to another customer if that was the case. Now Im moveing back to TX and I cant keep going to this fitness center so I went to process the membership transfer and cancel my automatic billing process. The lady that talked to me was extremely rud, and didnt want to help me at all, she didnt even want to process my cancelation and charge the corresponding fees until i was able to provied them with a utility bill from the new addres im moveing to. I asked about the membership transfer service that I was offered, and she replyed that the manager that offer that service was no longer working for the company and that she refused to help me at all. This place its a joke, they are always rude, there a/c doesnt work properly, they have to leve the doors open cuse its to hott. Its a waist of money. scince I had to relocate a lot in the past and I like to stay healthy I been in several fitness centers depending where Im living at the time, to mention some, Lifetime fitness, YMCA, 24 hr fitness and LA fitness; In all of this clubs I had gone through the same process and this big corporations have never had a problem and had been extremely nice and comprenhend my health and needs, never had i had a problem like this before in my life. This is extremely stresing and scince im hispanic I think its extremely raceist that managment wouldnt even want to try to help me out at all. Correct me if Im wrong but why all the other corporates hadnt had a problem at all ever, and this little dirty club its being so repulsive. Its realy stressing to deal with this kind of institutions, its time comsuming as well.
