The brake place Inc. (in Vegas or Reno) also known as The brake team in Or and Washington, Lack morals and integrity steming from their upper management.All Good and honest employees are suspended or terminated and told it was due to poor performance or sales only to promote those who are willing to rip you off with a smile. I had to deal with their district manager Chuck in Portland and quickly realized he is a snake that backs the actions of his stores and employees!
I witnessed multiple of their employees under the influence of drugs and or Alcohol while on the clock and performing brake services, and customer service. I also know for a fact that they do not perform background checks, or pre employment or random drug screens but even worse they do not even verify that their non certified techs even have a valid drivers license.
Another issue is each brake team store will tell you that different brake components need to be replaced and all quote different prices, If you do not believe it try it for your self! If you read their news paper adds closely you will notice that they say a brake service includes resurfacing or RECONDITIONING of the brake rotors or drums! Reconditioning consist of sanding them, beware many Brake team locations will only sand your brake rotors or drums even if they require machineing and say they were resufraced.Can you believe they are backed by the better bureau ?!please do not bring your vehicle to brake team I gaurantee you will regret your experience
