on  march 6 2006 i was served a judgment by the superior court in kent co. de. for the amount of 33,435.35 dollars.now they want to renew the lien. i still owe 69,032.80 dollars.the judgments have all been filed with the superior court in kent co. de.

The Cadle Company Bought paper from and RTC resolution of S&L, held it beyond the statute of limitations and then filed a suit against me resulting in a default judgment due to the fact that I was in Saudi Arabia at the time and was unaware of the hearing set and scheduled. I did not appear and thus incurred a default judgement. Subsequent efforts to refute the judgement and get it removed failed. Clifton Forge Virginia
