The Cadle Company Bought paper from and RTC resolution of S&L, held it beyond the statute of limitations and then filed a suit against me resulting in a default judgment due to the fact that I was in Saudi Arabia at the time and was unaware of the hearing set and scheduled. I did not appear and thus incurred a default judgement. Subsequent efforts to refute the judgement and get it removed failed. Clifton Forge Virginia

This case follows a similar pattern to all other reported Cadle complaints. they bought cheap paper, held it beyond the allowable date, then obtained an default judgement which still haunts me and restricts me today even though I live in Arkansas and do not own any property except my homestead which is exempt.

I fought this case in the Virginia courts to no avail because I did not appear at a scheduled hearing that I was unaware of until after it was over and the default judgement was granted to Cadle by the courts.

The entire action was fraudulent and illegal but used technicalities in the law to obtain the judgment. I was working in Saudi Arabia at the time and the event was 9 to 10 years after the original RTC resolution of Perpetual Savings Bank in Fairfax, Virginia where I was a senior officer.
