I purchased a vehicle for the The Car Lot, LLC in Massillon, OH on April 15, 2010 and I also purchased the insurance the same day. Well I went to make my payment on May 14th, 2010 because my 30 day tags expired. Well they said I still owed $271 on tax and title when it is clearly stated on my bill of sale that I paid everything I needed to pay.
Well I called the BBB and they didnt help I also contacted the attorney general about the situation but nothing came from that. I contacted a lawyer to help with this but I dont understand how they can get away with this kind of stuff. My sister also purchased a car from the same establishment and she has no insurance but they reposessed my car and I did everything I needed to do with this company.
Now I have no car and not way to get to where I need to go and I did everything I needed to do as well as make my payments on time. If you can help me out with this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
