I PAID OFF A LEASE, I HAD AT 525 N. SAM HOUSTON PKWY, #385, HOUSTON, TEX. 99060, BEGINNING, OCT 5, 2010. THE CHANGING LEASING COMPANIES NAMES WERE: "MILBANK REALTY GROUP, p.o. BOX, 261847, ENCINO, CALIF..91426, "BOXER PROPERTY MGMT, CORP, 525 N. SAM HOUSTON PKWY, HOUSTON, TEX. 77060, KRM, 5711 hillcroft #d-1, houston, tx., 77036, boxer prop. mgmt, 720 n. post oak road #500, houston, tx., 77024.
In march, 2014 I was contacted by; Richard stone, claiming to represent; Milband, 525 S houston llc/The Carlton co, 2323 s. voss, #460, houston, tx. 77057, tel 800 316 9354, indicating that i owed, $1888.32 for a settlement of $944.16, paid within 90 days. I was persuaded by mr. stone, to start the payments, immediately. my payments were, $100.00, 3/19/14, $50.00, 4/2/2014, $15.00, 6/20/2014. I became skeptical, stopped payments, contacted by mr. stone and made my last payment, $100.00 1/2/2015.
ON THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2015, MR. STONE LEFT A THREATING VOICE MAIL, INDICATING HE WOULD TAKE ME TO COURT, IF I DIDN'T CONTACT HIM. ON FRIDAY MR. WALTER BURTON, REPRESENING MR. STONE INDICATING THAT HE WAS TAKING OVER FOR MR. STONE, AND DEMANDED ME TO PAY OVER $1000.00 IMMEDIATELY. TELLING ME TO CONTACT HIM AT: THECARLTONCO.@GMAIL.COM. I COULDN'T PULL IT UP SO I TEL. HIM AT 713-423-7280 AND WAS TOLD TO SETTLE THE ACCT. BY fRIDAY, 6/5/15.
I WENT TO (INTERNET) "LIVE RIPOFF REPORT" AND PULLED UP A FILE ON; RICHARD STONE, AND STEADMAN STEELE, THE CARLTON COMPANY, REPORT WRITTEN BY; STEPHEN BEHR; CATEGORY; COLLECTION AGENCIES.
IDENTITY THEIVES WHO WERE LAST WORKING OUT OF THE PHILLIPINES, HE HAS ACTIVE WARRANTS IN THE U.S. and facing extradiction, once the federal govt, U.S. tracts him down.
