The CCS home shopping network ripoff mistreated and deception and implied misrepresentations LAS VEGAS Nevada

THe CCS home shopping network was a very bad experience, they mistreated my rights as a consumer, and was a deception ommission against thier ad's communications fail to provide material information. They told me that thier credit card could be used anywhere, the also told me that they carried alot of automotive products that is the #1 reason i took the offer.When i called to ask them to tell me about thier automotive items they told me they did'nt carry any, i told them that i had paperwork to prove that they did.So i got upset asked to speak to a manager,Williams got on the phone i told him the situation he told me we don't carry automotive products so i told him this was false advertising. He said he would tell his coporate office they would call me back in 4 days.Knowone ever called me, i called again was treated very rued and was told that there's nothing we could do we can't give you your money back. knowone ever called me to discuss the issue i just get the run around. Also i have paperwork saying they carry over 50,000 items which is not true. All of these misleading catagories i have on paper ,i just don't understand how a company can have false advertising and not step up to the plate when the truth hits them. I just want my money back for beeing falsely mislead to a business that i known if the truth was told i would have never gotten my self into, mistreated very badily as a consumer, given the run around with no answers, also false communications with the customer service department as to someone will return my phone call and help me in my situation.
