 I was inspired to write after reading the 1/13/13 report which validates my short one month experience with the Center for Special Needs Trust Administration.  During the month of July 2013 there were at least 4 firings/resignations that I know of in a place of 65 employees.  Do the math.  This company had no job description, no clear supervisor, no training or written training materials, the culture of a sweatshop, intimidation against taking a morning or afternoon break, and scared employees.

My paycheck was surprisingly not from the non-profit that hired me, but from a different company, which seemed kind of suspicious to me.  While the trust funds and foundations greatly help people, there is a dark side to this conglomerate of family/friend run companies.
