Our case is heartbreaking. Essentially, we are a very poor Church in Tampa FL, Zip Code 33607, which if you check the Census Bureau data you will see that 28% of our population is below the poverty line.

On August 11, 2017 we made an extraordinary effort to purchase and paid $4,650.00 worth of folding chairs and tables we have not received yet. Renting is throwing monies away and not having these chairs and tables is negatively impacting the abilities of our church.

It may sound like a modest amount of money, but to us it’s a significant amount. Since 2017 another one of our deacons (Jorge Suarez) has been in contact with Larry Hoffman over email, but without any success. After 14 months we still have no chairs or tables.

The pastor asked me to follow-up but all the phone and fax numbers we have on file for Larry Hoffman have been disconnected (818-981-2096, 310-274-2623). The website for the email address is 1allchairs.com and the web site says its “under construction”.

The physical addresses we have in California is a rented mailbox, and the address we have in Miami is now office space for rent. We just need our tables and chairs.

Our previous contact person, Deacon Jorge Suarez, has been consulting our attorney via email, but as a church we still want to find an amicable solution rather that have to dispute something like this in court.
