This indivdual no longer works for the company, as we do have several Melissa's. I think there was a miscommunication with how she explained this t you because most of this is accurate. We used to be only advertising and it was Nationwide publishing that did that for us.

When you spoke to her we no longer prodused the printed manual of the contractors that the adjusters would carry aroud everything is web based now, the site claims pages is the internal source so you would be a vendor under your county for the adjusters. You assuming we are being shady or inaccrate is incorrect.

We have been around for 23 years and if you woud like to be more knowlegable instrad of slander because this is exactly what you are doing you can go to the site under providors and visitors and see over 3,000 insurance companies including the ones you mentioned. Again we are a resourse for the adjusters so if you ask an isurance company they are not going to always know us because the independent adjuster works with all the ones you will see listed.

Also it is exclusive you will not go under any county and find over 30 contractors , we could bring on 100s per county but then there would be no benifit or value. Again go to the site and educate yourself before bashimg a company that is giving you accurate info I'm sure you would not want someone doing that to your company because apparently anyone can write anythimg even if its not true on here.

As for her calling from her buisness cell phone that is normal, do you not have an office number and a cell, if so does that make you fradalent? Seems like you were just trying to argue with her and assume all these negative things because you had a bad experience some where else. Its not right as a company owner to post something like this without having your facts straight and hopefully some jaded client or someone you deal with does not do this to you.

This company has been in business for 18 years nationwide. You are bound to have some unhappy clients. What works for some does not work for all. Any form of marketing is a gamble.

We do not make promises we cannot keep, there are no guarantees in marketing. If you review our BBB rating (A+ by the way), any issues (which has only been 3 since 2002) have been dealt with promptly. We are affiliated with whats called the PLRB, anyone who is in the insurance industry understands who they are. We are very crucial to the adjusters and there is indeed no one who does what we do. Our site is made by adjusters, for adjusters. If we we're a "fradulent" company, companies like Belfor/Lowe's who are with us on a national level would not renew each year.

There is a membership fee, absolutely, to be included in the insurace carriers database. Nothing good in life comes free, every company has to make sell a product or service to stay in business. Our resources are provided to the adjusters at no cost to them which is why they use us. The contractors are the ones who benefit from the work in each area, hence the membership fee.
