The Client Giant Samuel Garcia, owner Never payed me for my services sacramento California

I was looking for additional income opportunities on craigslist and came upon this very simple lead generation position from the client giant.  It involved calling on a list of lending professionals from the Sacramento area and trying to set a 15 min appt with the owner Sam Garcia.  I worked for a total of 2 weeks since payday was every Friday with one week required for processing payroll.  I ended up generating a total of 14 leads during that 2 week period with an avg time of 2 hours per day spent dialing.  I was expecting a 90 dollar payday that second Friday.  On Thursday prior to payday Sam emails me saying that they have only been able to contact only 1 of all appointments set. 

He gave me a list of appointments to call back of which only 2 appointments were mine. I did and was able to confirm 1 appointment the other went to voice mail.  Sam began to question me if I had called my missed appts, I mentioned to him that I Have called both on the list he gave me.  He then proceeded to ask me about my PayPal account.  He wanted to know the status of my PayPal.  Since I do spend winters in Mexico I have my PayPal set up to accept pesos and US dollars.  I kept emailing him about my payment and he never contacted me again, so I decided to file this rip-off report so that anyone wanting to do business with him will know what kind of rat they are dealing with.
