I applied for a loan to do college courses with the college network. I received an email from the college network stating that my loan could not be process with the bank without additional information. I never send the information that they requested. Now I received a bill in the mail stating that I have to repay the
loan. when I called the bank, to explained to them that my loan could not be process because they did not have all the information needed to process the loan
and to terminate the contract, they put me on hold and let me speak to someone from the college network. The bank and college are forcing me into a contract that I believe should not had started without the necessary paper work that they stated that they needed to complete the loan. The only way they say i can terminate the contract is to find six other people to joint them. WHERE A LAWYER WHEN YOU NEED ONE. I AM READY FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT
