The College Of Physicians of Philadelphia Tony Burghezi- Forman The College Of Physicians Took Advantage of a Minority Owned Janitorial Company and Refused to Pay for the Work that was Completed Do To Race!!!! Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

On 5/24/11 Our Janitorial Company was contracted by Antonio Burghezi AKA Tony who is the forman representing the College of Physicians. He explained that he wanted to have there windows cleaned and when he needed this done by. After signing a contract with our company the agreed date to start the job was 5/27/11 (friday).

We worked outside in the hot heat for up to 8 - 10 hours, the employees in the building gave there rave reviews on the work and what an improvment it made to their building. Since then we have repeatdely sent invoices after invoices and called and emailed the AP department where Jack Smith and Michelle Malinoski handles the payment and still no reponse other than you have to talk to Tony and there is no one else to talk to.

After Speaking to Tony he continues to brush us off now that they have used us for our services. Jack Smith has mentioned that a minority company such as yourself should be able to have attorney  on retainer. What a racist statement not to mention unprofessional!!! 

The real problem that I have is that this place has been in business for many years and to pay a bill as small as $321.84 should be a drop in the bucket for them to pay. Beware of doing business with this company unless they you arrange to get payment before the work is started.
