The College Of The Sacred Mists Ripoff! Paid $100 and got only a E-Book! Napa California

I am the owner of Sacred Mists, a reputable Reiki Master Teacher and ordained minister. Sacred Mists has been in operation for well over 10 years, has served well over 10,000 clients and students both online and off and has never had a report such as this filed in all of our years of providing our services.

This particular customer registered and agreed to pay $150.00 for Reiki Level I and II distance training. Said customer paid $100.00. Said client was provided all materials to accompany their distance course which are all online materials provided via email, and we trusted that this client would complete her payment agreement prior to her attunement. Our course clearly detailed that the handbook provided with the course was an e-Book. Said client owed an additional $50.00 to fulfill her contractual obligation for training which needed to be collected prior to final services being rendered. This is standard protocol.

Said client was provided all materials as promised, and when she requested her attunement service we requested that the remaining balance of $50.00 be paid so that we could schedule her for her attunement appointment. She refused and demanded the money already paid to be returned to her. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, agreed to at time of registration, we do not provide refunds after materials have been provided to clients and access to our online venues have been provided.

This client became extremely agitated when we asked that she remit the remaining balance she owed, regardless of the fact that we clearly noted that once her final payment was received we would be able to complete her attunement process and finalize her attainment. She repeatedly refused to complete her transaction and continued with her demand for refund. We have retained copies of all email communication and payment information from this client and have them on file attesting to these facts.

We apologize for any confusion this client has had regarding our services, but adamantly denounce her claims regarding our business practices. We have served thousands of students and clients and are a long standing member of reputable Reiki licensing organizations. We are deeply saddened that this client has misrepresented the situation and has left out critical facts that show that we did uphold our end of the registration agreement and in fact the client did not. However, we remain open to her returning to complete the process as presented to her when she registered for training with us.

Our goal is to provide training and services to like-minded individuals around the world who may not have access to the training services we offer within their local area. We have been very successful in this endeavor, and it is our life's work to do so. We have no desire to misrepresent our services at any time and provide clear information on what each client will receive prior to registration and the costs associated with their courses. We strive for client satisfaction in all ways, within the confines of our terms and conditions set forth to serve as protection for both the consumer as well as our business.

We continue to invite this client to complete her training, however she must complete the tuition payment process in order for us to do so. The offer is open ended and will not expire. We have left the decision in her hands and welcome her resumed contact at any time.
