I received a call from The College Prep Center about a computer program developed for children that would be entering college soon and would help them on the entrance exam, etc.
I was told that there was a "FREE" 30 day trial and if we were not satisfied to return it at no cost to us, but they failed to say that if we even so much as opened the United States Postal box they shipped it in there would be no refund.
The package was refused, mailed back from the Post Office and needless to say, we were charged $119.99. There could have not been any "Free" trial period as they stated and it's been well over a month since it was mailed back.
I've contacted them several times about my refund and feel confindent that I'll never receive one from them.
I did find out that they are selling another companies software and after contacting that company and informing them of what had happened, they stated to me " we've had several complaints about this and I'm sorry to say that they have scammed you and many other parent's "
