I My self have been harrased by this company. Charging for services I did not ask for or want from them!
I kept receiving bills for services I told them I do not need or want. When I called them to tell them to remove our company from them being our agent (I never authorized them in the first place to be my agent) they simply said I need to show them prove of having another agent before they can stop billing and remove them selfes from being my agent. I have spoke with them numerous times and told them that I did not want this service!!!
I am now getting collection letters from their collection agency! I don't see how this company has not been sued yet for their horrible way of doing business by tricking companies to use them for help in registering your company as an LLC or corp then listing them selfs as your agent.
If one tells you they "DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICES" that should be enough for them to stop billing you!!The Company Corporation is engaging in fraudulent activity. THis Company needs a class action against them!!
