Hall of Shame - Fraud - Scam - Thief

When I hired the Consumer Advocacy Group to handle my Loan Mdification (about a year ago), Kristy made all these larger than life promises (she know's people within the banking world; she's a Lobbist and travels all over the country; Kristy works with all these different attorneys, our office has modify thousands of loans; your case manager will contact you weekly with updates and etc...).  I'm thinking great I'll get some help.  So, they asked for $1,500.00; I paided the full amount upfront.  I can't tell you how many times have called that office for updates on wha the hell is going with my loan mod.  I have been passed-off to so many different people in that office.  Everytime I have called; I'm told that person is no longer working there.  Then I hear; I need to submit more documents or my file is in review.  Kristy made all these promises, but she never said that it may take a year, or everytime I call I'm going to speak to a different person in that office, or that my file was always going to be in review, or just submitting the same documents over and over again, I was told at one point that I did not have a file with them, or Kristy is out of town (hanging out in Califorina on the beach).  It's amazing what employee's will tell you!!!!  I guess my feelings would be different if she was honest about the REAL/ACTUAL process upfront!

I guess HONESTY is there biggest issue.
