The Coolcell.com WARNING: Do not buy from this company,RIPOFF! Potomac Maryland

I placed an order on June 15th for a gift for a cell phone face plate as a gift. Payment was taken out of my account on June 16th by coolcell.com. They report shipments are received in 5 business days. On June 25th, I attempted to contact coolcell by phone to check on the status of my order, no success. I e-mailed them my concern of not receiving my order yet. I received a generic e-mail back stating the store was "closed from 6-19-09 to 7-01-09, however you can still place an order it just would not be processed till 7-2-09". On July 2nd I called coolcell.com and a lady picked up to say "Hello" in broken English. I asked if this was coolcell? She said yes, and I proceeded to explain I had not received my order placed on June 15th and gave her the order #. She said she had no way to look this up, and I replied it is July 2nd and your company had clearly stated you would be back in the office after July 1 "what do you mean you have no way to look this up?". I went on to say I was unsatisified w/ their customer service and disappointed I had not received my order after 3 weeks! I asked the lady what her name was, she would not provide that to me, and when I proceeded to ask for a refund, she hung up on me! I have since then tried to call coolcell.com w/ no sucess on July 7th and on July 27th. On July 7th another e-mail was sent to the comany w/ the same generic response received "closed from 6-19-09 to 7-01-09, however you can still place an order it would be processed July 2nd!" It's July 27th and I know I won't get a reponse or my order from this company. Avoid this company for cell phone accessories! I have renamed them to uncoolcell.com. Go with Daydeal.com. I received my order 4 days after it was placed and had no problems.
