I have attempted to buy Part Nos #362358, #332221, 332301 from Respironics, but they indicate they can't sell the parts direct to me the consumer. The Cpap Shop, a distributor of Respironics alleges that they have to ship my machine to Respironics. As a result, you don't get the machine back and get a new machine that requires a service charge every time it is adjusted.
About six years ago, the industry started manufacturing machines with controls that were not plainly visible to the public. When questioned about this, they then advise you that only a doctor can adjust them. This is bullshit and a scam.
The parts that i have asked for my machine do not affect operation. The arts are some screw on feet for the bottom of the unit, some screws to fasten the door, and the latch kit for the door and the latchkit wrench. Total items are less than $50
I believe that I am the victim of racketeering and organized crime.
