The Credit Card Solution and Robert M Lindsey have been sued by the Texas Attorney General and have had their assets frozen. An extensive file including emails and correspondence from Bob Lindsey has been sent to the Texas Bar Association regarding Bob Lindseys transparent violations of UPL in the State of Texas.
A comprehensive list of all "The Credit Card Solution" affiliate marketers, their domains, as well as lists of their cumulative legal violations has also been forwarded to multiple regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
Bob Lindsey has an extensive fraud history including "Child Support Collections of America" where he was permanently enjoined by the Texas Attorney General from engaging in "the sale of business opportunities". Bob Lindsey is the kind of business man who feels comfortable borrowing money from friends, business associates etc........when Bob Lindsey filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2002 he owed $27,000 to Richard Brisacher and another $30,000 to Melvin Fary.........in total Bob Lindsey wlaked away from $354,522 in debts.......this is a classy guy.

"In 1994, Lindsey entered into an Agreed Final Judgement and Permanent Injunction with the Attorney General's Office for his role in the business opportunity scheme............In December 1993, the Texas Attorney General's Office sued Child Support Collection Agency of America, Inc of which Lindsey was vice president. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, Lindsey incorporated CSES, Inc, a company which purchased all of CSAA's assets. In March 1994 CSCAA filed a Chapter 7 petition for bankruptcy protection."
Bob Lindsey is a common criminal who has been ripping people off since the early 1990's. Robert M Lindsey also filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2002.
The Credit Card Solution aka Bob Lindsey are con artists who are defrauding people because they deceptively misrepresent who they are and what services they are simply unable to provide. The Credit Card Solution is now on the radar of the FTC as well as other state attorneys general.
