I had ordered a CD for finding Government Grants from this company. This was back in November of 2008. They had informed it would be 2-3 weeks before I would receive the CD (per the web page). This was also reiterated when I had called the 800 customer service number, to cancel right away the so called "FREE" trial of a web page builder, that i did not want to take a chance on getting billed for.
I have now sent 2 additional emails to this company asking for reimbursement of monies and they do not even respond to the emails.
Still to this day (February 2009) I have not received an email response or credit for monies taken and product not received.
C/S representaive I talked to stated that they were based out of St George, UT.

When I was working there, I was told under no circumstances were we to give refunds unless people were going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We were told to read the terms of service and let the client know that they had to physically click the box to agree to them. I hated doing it. There was always so much tension in the building and it was very stressful but I was stuck because my bills needed to be paid. But just so everyone knows, file a complaint with the BBB or tell them you have or will and you WILL get your money back. They have a hard enough time with the BBB as it is. XD

I am head of customer relations and I want to apologize for your unsatisfactory experience you had with our company. I would be willing to correct the issue if I had the correct information from you so that I could look up your account and see if anything has been done as for the refund and if not I could manually put it in for a refund but I would need to know the name that your account was in so that I can find you in our database. As for the CD the site offers you an option to download the CD so that you do not have to wait for shipping, since we do not do the shipping out of house it is done somewhere else and we have been having some issues with them and are taking care of that issue. Again I apologize and want to let you know that I am able and willing to correct the problem but I would need that information before I could do anything.
