The Custom Boxes Not made in US - and just garbage Frank Park Other

My experience with this company has been terrible. It started out great when I was placing my order, but when I received it there were many problems. I reached out immediately to the sales rep I worked with (Adam). 1) 10% of my boxes were damaged because the printing facility in Qatar did not put any packing material in the box 2) The ink on my boxes was NOT the ink I had requested and approved on my proofs 3) The custom cutout (which they offer at no additional cost) was wrong, the shape had been altered from my design and the proofs that I had approved of. When I emailed the sales rep about my problem, it took a while to get a response. When I did, his response to the damage was "human mistake", to the ink was "it's the right ink", to the cut out was "it was free". They failed to take responsibility and ownership for any of their mistakes! We are now 2 weeks out from my initial email, and after terrible responses from their team I have been told I will receive a refund for the damaged boxes, although I have no concrete evidence this will happen. The fact remains that I still have all of these boxes that are not what I ordered and this company doesn't seem to care one bit.
