upon receiving boxed material, followed instructions for the phone call set up. I was talked into internet courses that were not viewable, upon calling to say i do not want the programs because of lack of time to "fuss" with computer, just to be able to view courses, i was told that there was no refund..the boxed information said that there is a 30-day refund policy, i was within that time frame.

the internet courses contain a form that must be completed and returned to validate acceptance of program, the forms were not signed or returned.

the cash flow business, is bad business, they talk you into pricey courses, and do not honor their printed policy.
