This company calls me from (330)403-4290 once every month and leaves a voicemail, stating that they are with the Peter Shapiro agency. They say that they are not a bill collector and they have recently retained a case file, and an action could be taken if they fail to speak with me. I have called and told them not to call me. I have filed this number, as well as the toll free number they leave on my voicemail (877)486-9099 on the donotcall.gov website twice now. However, they still call.

Today, I did some more research to find that they are actually using a Web Design business as a 'front' online for their scam of a business. Here is that website address I found with the exact phone number: http://www.thedavidgoldmanagency.com/home.html

I then blocked my phone number and called, pretending to want a website design and logo design. The person on the other end just kept asking for my phone number to look me up. I asked why he would need to do that if I were looking for some to design me a website. He placed me a on long hold to see if he could 'find someone who could help me with that.' I then decided to hang up.

From the other comments I have seen on various forums, etc. regarding this phone number/person/company, it seems like they are doing the same to others. Apparently they are saying that people owe money to a payday loan lender....
