I fell for this well-written options trading business offer. The name of this scam website is www.thedavinnycode.com. The man behind it is Vincent Pena or David Ryan.

After I paid for the initial $100 "refundable" deposit and login setup fee of $25, I was given a password to another sister website www.thedavinnyacces.com where the purportedly advise on option trading will be provided and updated every monday of the week. Then there is the $45/mo subscription fee after the first month.

As soon as I saw the website, I felt it to be a scam because of the cheesy layout and lack of contact info other than an email add. So I canceled my membership after just a few days. I was able to cancel the automatic monthly payment through a third party off-shore service called uk.worldpay.com. Of course I already lost the $170 that was immediately deducted one after the other in less than a weeks time.

I don't complain about the $70 because i agreed to pay for it (and of course regret it now knowing that i fell for a scam). But the $100 that was supposed to be refundable was never returned after numerous emails. By the way, the author of the website was quick to respond to my emails until I decided to cancel. Since then, never had any response at all.

The amount may be small for one person, but to think that this demon is constantly and consistenly robbing people of their hard-earned money, we are talking of possible hundreds of thousands to maybe millions of dollars with his long spate of criminal activities (as you can see in other rip off reports by simply searching his name). He's probably sitting in his mansion laughing at another poor soul who bit his rotten bait.

As I've discovered here in ripoff report, I am only one of the many victims. This monster will continue to prey on the unsuspecting and will continue to evolve into a different business each time. His disguise is a well crafted, inviting and convincing proposal. Don't fall for it. Learn from our mistake.

He is very good at ripping people off, but he's very stupid with his excuses. If he was only good at both, he could have been a perfect scammer.

Remember the website, the names he use, they all mean the same - Rip off.

And to you Mr Vincen Pena, David Ryan, or whatever name you want to call yourself, the long arm of the law will find you. This will definitely not be the last that you'll hear from me.
