The Debt Collection experts were contracted to recover bad debt for my business. They collected 75 percent of the payments but never paid the business who hired them in the first place.
DCE was hired in June of 18 it is now the middle of november and they do not seem interested in remitting funds. DCE blamed thier bad accounting practices. Calls to staff indicated they could only sell but never help with payments to my business for recovered debt.
Future calls were either not answered or went to a voice mail. This business failed to provide timely statements. The staff seemed uncaring and unresponsive. I feel this operation is a scam. How ironic a debt collection service that fails to pay their bills.
