I got a call from this gentleman, claiming to be an officer for the Department of Law and Investigations. He had all my personal information. I was scared to death not knowing what this was all about. I had a payday loan but he couldnt tell who, what, or where I would need to be in court.
They have been calling my job, my home night and day. This is harassment. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General office any one who will listen to me. These folks have all of my personal informatioin. I am truly worried.
I almost followed there instructions until I sat and thought about all of it. I started googling this so called office and thier so called court house. It appears to be nothing but a scam and a rip off. Good thing I have since closed that bank account, and notified the bank.
