My problem is similar to so many and I don't ask for sympathy. I should have done a more thorough check of these apparent "sleaze-bags", but I didn't. I lost $2250 and even filed a small claims court action. Diener reps actually showed up in court and agreed to a mediated settlement for the full amount. They proceeded to ignore the payment date and a judgment was entered. Small claims is a joke also! It seems unconsionable that the legal system has allow this 'company' to continue to thrive without a hint of an investigation. To RIPOFF REPORT: if you would like to become an even GREATER asset to the consumer, PLEASE use whatever means at your disposal to forward appropriate condemnations and request for direct involvement to all States Attorneys-General in which Diener has been known to operate.
