On September 9, 2010 I went on-line and ordered the Diet Solution Program. Additionally I was to receive a CD. I received the CD--but only the CD and not the Program which I ordered.

I paid $47 plus 5.95 for shipping and handling. Subsequently, I called the customer service number but so far I have not had a returned phone call.

Additionally, I sent an email to http://the/ dietsolution.helpserve.com, but too have not as of yet received a response.

Finally, the instructions said I would be able to immediately download all the programs information. I was not able to download any information. This information was not there.
