As others have experienced, I placed an order for a camera at a very good price. I immediately got a phone call confirming my order and pressuring me to buy a bunch of add-ons including an extended warranty. I refused and asked that just the camera be sent. I was told that the item was in stock and would ship the next day.
Instead, the next day I got an email telling me that the item was NOT in stock and that my order had been canceled and advising me not to re-order the item. I went on to another online merchant who was about $70 more expensive and had no difficulty.
Beware as DigitalNerds.com seem to have set up a phony consumer feedback site that if full of hundreds of glowing recommendations that seem obviously bogus. Within a week of their debut online, this dealer had 5 stars and 2523 reviews on Everyprice.com. I was skeptical when I read them and much more so after they canceled my order.
I suggest that you avoid DigitalNerds.com as they are masters of the bait and switch.
