The Diplomat apartment The manager Stephanie in Diplomat apartment owned by HPG management Threatening my safety as not providing keys Los Angeles California

I moved in to 10751 Rose Ave LA CA 90034 apartment by 2009.

The manager name is Stephanie but I am not sure if that's how she spells her name.

There are two different kinds of keys in my door and they did not provide both. They gave me only one of them and not deadbolt one which is more safe and stronger. I have lived as forgetting about it and it started bothering me because it is about my safety.

We have new manager which is never reachable and yells at tenants whenever she is being requested for something she should take care of.

I called her and of course she did not answer. I left paper memo at her office and finally she called. I explained to her but she just kept stopping me from explaining and said "Why are you aking about that after all those years? I wasn't the manager who moved you in so I don't have responsiblity on that!!!" So I said I understand that she is not the one who moved me in but she is the manager now so she has to provide the service now. And she kept yelling at me for calling for a key and hung up on me while I was still talking and avoding my call since. 

I am not exaggerating at all and I swear that she YELLED for asking for a key.

and not surprisingly, it is not a first time that she yelled at me. I definately think it is racism because I have never heard any manager in any apartments treat tenants like this. 

She ignored about my safety issue because without deadbolt lock, anyone can just break into my apartment with swiping creadit care something like that. Her point was I have been here for years and did not have any problem so I shouldn't ask now.

Nothing has happend so far, but that doesn't mean that nothing will happen in the future.

I was very shocked and disappointed how the manager was unprofessional, rude, irresponsible, violent toward me.
