I saw the ad for a home-based business and it would only cost $2.97. I sent for it and then a week later, I noticed that $139.00 was about to be taken out of my credit card account. I called DCA and they said since I did not cancel within 5 days, I was responsible for $139.00. I went to my bank and they said they couldn't do anything until the money was withdrawn. I couldn't stop it. After the money was withdrawn, I went back to the bank and they said there was nothing they could do.I got no results. DCA is a ripoff company and I'm reporting them to the NY people so they won't be able to do business here anymore.
