The Direct Commerce Academy TOTAL SCAM!!! San Diego, California

The website says for 2.97 you get access to their site to review the program and that there will be no further charges.  I reviewed the site and saw that you have to pay for each step, so I didn't continue with it.  I received a welcome email and responded to it stating that I wanted to cancel and to remove me from their mailing list.  I also got a phone call from the company, I told the person that I wanted to cancel, he was very rude to me, said fine and hung up.  Today I noticed a charge on my account for $138.67 from DCA.  I called and spoke to David who refused to give his last name and refused to refund the charge.  He said that its in the terms and conditions and that they don't accept cancellation via email and that the people who call from 801-662-0756 and say they are from DCA really aren't.  They are a sales company affiliate and you can't cancel with them either!  I waited on hold for 17 mintues and finally spoke to a floor manager in Customer Care named Victoria.  She stated that they most her system would allow her to refund was $100.  I told her to go ahead and credit my account, but I am still filing fraud charges with my bank because they are a total scam.  She just kept saying its in the terms and conditions over and over again.  I asked to speak to her manager and she said that the managers don't take phone calls!  What a huge scam, I'm ashamed of myself for falling for it, I should know better!!
