The Drake Apartments Morgan Communities Lost paperwork, inaccurate and undocumented fines, disrespect Mayfield Heights Ohio

This company has been a scam since day one, these employees and leasing agents will lie and cheat you everyway that they can. I had signed a lease with the aparment for one year, at which at the end of the lease agreement, I extended the Lease by one month and had paid the extra $150 plus renewal rental increase. At this time, sitting in their leasing office, I notified them that I would be moving out at the end of that month. Apparently this was not enough because a few weeks later I got a notice saying that I owe them for another months rent because I did not provide my 30 days notice. 

Before this, I had referred a resident to live on the property for which they provide a $500 resident referal bonus. So the month that this happend I paid $500 less than what I owed for rent. At the end of that month I received an eviction notice stating I did not pay $630 to them and that I must vacate the property. This happened because they "misplaced" the paperwork that I had signed for the resident referral in THEIR office.

When I asked for a breakdown of these fees the company would not provide it. When I asked why not they claimed they simply could not. I am over fed up with this facility and feel that I have been treated very unfairly. I would not wish for anyone to have the experience that I did. STAY AWAY!
